Contest Instructions: The Commune contest runs from January 26, 2018 to March 1 , 2018. Participants are eligible to win if they submit their email through a social media canvas ad to support Commune, be entered to win the Grand Prize and receive emails.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to contestants who interact with the Commune canvas ad and submit their emails  according to rules and who are between 18 and 26 years of age as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the state of MINNESOTA and is void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest ends March 1, 2018 and grand prize winner will be announced by March 20, 2018.

  3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply.

  4. CONTEST PERIOD: This contest begins January 26, 2018 to March 1 , 2018. Winner will be selected at the end of the contest and announced by March 20, 2018. One grand prize will be awarded during the Contest period and will be selected as specified in the Selection of Winners section of these rules.

  5. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest must be entered by interacting with social media canvas ad and submitting email through interactive Commune canvas ad. Users must be willing to provide their full name and mailing address to receive their prize. There is no fee for participation in this Contest.

  7. PRIZES: A $250 Ticket Master gift card, a limited edition artist poster and t-shirt, and assorted Commune swag. NO ENTRANT IS GUARANTEED TO WIN ANY PRIZE OF ANY KIND. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Winner must claim prize by return e-mail and providing such winner’s address within MINNESOTA within three (3) days of Winner notification. The prize will be sent to winner within seven (7) days after such winner makes its claim.

  8. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via email. E-mail will be requested to confirm full name, home address, and reason why winner entered the drawing. COMMUNE shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts have been exerted during the three (3) days from the date of the applicable winner selection, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Contest Rules, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
